4 New Split Alphabets

I know, it's been a long time since I posted!!!! It has been one crazy Christmas season lol!  Hectic but good.  I have missed posting here. I have some Christmas stuff to post yet, hopefully this week.

Here are 4 new split alphabets I have been working on.  These are SVG files, for use with electronic cutters.  Since my donate button rarely works right, I have these posted for sale here
They are $5.00 each.
It is an instant download, so it will keep things simple.

Miami Dolphins shirt

I made this at the request of my friend's son. He is going to the game Sunday, here in Buffalo NY. This is all he plans to wear on his upper body, LOL!!!!

This file gave me fits. I found a free svg online, but couldn't get it to work right as it was. After way too long of fiddling with it, I cut it and it seemed to fit ok. As I ironed on each layer, they no longer lined up. I think it may because of the ribbing in the shirt. I think it changed the vinyl shape as it conformed to the fabric...argh!!! I had to cut the blue pieces by the tail and fudge it. He wont care, it isnt even a new shirt, but it bugs me.

1st cake with my cricut cake

Well, here it is!  I am happy with how it looks.  Now I just hope it tastes good!!!!!

The inside wasn't so pretty-LOL!!!  But it tasted good, so that's all that matters.
There were 2 layers of fudge filling and one  of mint chocolate chip.
I was trying out recipes, otherwise I wouldn't have combined the 2 fillings.
But they tasted fine together.

Cricut Cake

I know, I said I wouldn't buy any more provocraft products, but when the cricut cake went down to $57,
I could NOT pass it up-LOL!!!!!!!
I finally got a chance to play with it today, and am very pleased with my results.
Looking forward to playing with it some more.

I made these from wilton gumpaste.  I rolled it very thin (less than 1/16") and placed my mat with the gumpaste on it in the freezer for about 20 minutes.  I got nice, clean cuts.

Dried the cut outs on tin foil

These were a wilton frosting sheet.  Not perfect, but I was cutting much smaller than they recommend.  Nice clean cuts with this right from the package.  No freezer.

Smart Buy Gal Download Site up and running

Smartbuygal.com is a store, but also has a great message board forum, (click forum at the top of the page) where I am a member and moderator.  If you aren't familiar with us, you should come check it out.  We even have a live chat within the forum.  It's lots of fun.

That to say this-we now have a download store open.  It is just starting out, but we will be adding to it all the time.  Great prices and great files!  I have all of my files for sale there.  I just added this candy cane stripe alphabet there this morning.  It is an svg file and contains all 26 letters. upper and lower case.  Come on over and check out the new Download Site!

Damask Monogram SVG File for sale (for use with electronic cutters)

I have a new Monogram file for sale.  The svg file is $5, and includes all 26 capital letters and frame, with options for the 3 looks pictured.  I do not recommend cutting this any smaller than 6", because of the detail.  It gets too difficult to weed.  That said, the mirror is 4.5"...lol
This frame is 6"
The mirror is 4.5"

To purchase the file, use my paypal donate button located in the right column.  You will need to type in the $ amount and click update.  If you get an error, you may send paypal payment to my paperpastime@rochester.rr.com address.  Please list the file name in the comments box, so I know which file to send you.  Once payment is received I will send you the zipped file.  Thanks!

Etched mirror

I was playing with my air eraser, and a new alphabet file I've been working on.  The mirror is only 4 1/2 x 4 1/2,
so it was a tricky weed!
It is very hard to get a good picture of an etched mirror lol!!!

Paper Pumpkin

My sister-in-law(thanks Jo!) sent me this free project sheet from Archivers, as we don't have that store around here.  She knew it was right up my alley...
I couldn't wait to try it.  It wasn't difficult, just a little time consuming.  A lot of scoring and edge inking lol!
