I just did my first craft show. Actually, a friend of mine had a table(the wreaths and centerpieces were hers) and talked me into bringing some of my stuff. We split an 8' table, which made it quite crowded. I'm sure we both would have done better if we had spread out more. I made $110, not counting a few orders I picked up, which isn't great, but I also didn't have much with me. I sold some chargers, a few dry erase tiles, & a lot of glitter ornaments. I sold my snowman plate for $20!!!!! (I priced it high because I really didn't care if it sold-I like it!) I did get lots of looks and good comments on my stuff, which was nice.
I really don't think craft shows are my thing. I think I'll mostly stick to orders. It was a good learning experience though.
Oh, and there were not any other cricut/cutter crafts there. I couldn't believe it.

Congrats Denise!! The Santa place was gorgeous, it's no wonder it sold for $20...the table look so beautiful!
Thanks for sharing your experience!
I love your blog! I subscribed to your blog in google reader and found that I have starred so many items, that I figured that I should comment on some of the wonderful items you have created!
You have given me so many good ideas and inspired me to start creating!
Thanks again!!!
You're crafts are lovely and so well-made. I'm glad you made some money at your first crafts sale, but you are better off doing orders.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
