This is sooooo cute and perfect and would love to case. Questions: What program did you use to get the circle and writing? And, I'm curious about the numbers on the bottom....I'm sure they have a meaning.
I do most of my designing in Inkscape any more. I find it so much easier, now I know how to use it better, lol. The numbers on the bottom on her zip code :) since it is a play on a postage stamp!
