Frame Makeover

From this...
to this!!!!

I have been saving this picture for years, hoping to give it a makeover.  I finally got around to it.  It is a large frame, like 22" x 17" or something like that-I forget.  I took the picture out, spray painted the frame, and vinyled the glass, and hung  it in my foyer.

    Beautiful. Would you share how you made the vinyl? Now, I'm wishing that I haven't donated every frame that I didn't want any more. A good will visit might be in my future.
