I saw this on Pinterest and had to make one. Very simple as pop ups go. Just 4 slits on the fold. It's for my niece, and I made her a present also. I can't post that till after her birthday, in case she sees my blog:)

The link on Pinterest took me to instructions. You just need to make 4 cuts on the fold of your inside piece of paper.
