Victoria's Secret Box file, and some cut and print experiments!
This one printed dead on!
I love that it colored in the petal sections. So much easier and cleaner than a separate layer.
The red one was a little off, but not too bad
I love how this turned out. It is just a single sheet of pink cardstock. All the details are printed. VS box cut and print file mailbox cut and print file

Victoria's Secret Box
My daughters received gift cards in boxes like these this Christmas, so of course I had to make a file. I will post the file and video soon. I'm not feeling too well today, so it is going to have to wait.

scal 2 layers video
This is just a very quick explanation of how layers work in scal 2. It was the easiest way to answer a few questions people were asking:0)

Scal 2 update-Cut and Print video tutorial
With the recent scal 2 update they added a print and cut feature. Leslie did a live chat tutorial on the smartbuygal.com message board (the print out is available on her blog) and this video gives you a visual that follows her instructions. This is a great new feature with lots of possibilities!!!!

Freezer Paper T-Shirts
I forgot how much work the freezer paper T's are!!!!!! Give me heat transfer vinyl any day! My daughter and her friend who are both home from college on break, wanted t-shirts to wear to the high school basketball game, supporting a friend. This was on Wednesday, and they needed the shirts Thursday evening. I didn't have the colors of htv they needed, so we had to do freezer paper T's. I cut the stencils and the girls painted the shirts. They came out great!

Mirror
My apologies to Heather!!!! I was unsure of where I got the heart svg file,( I have hundreds of svg's, and unfortunately they are not very organized!) and it was hers. I shouldn't have posted it not knowing where it came from, and I apologize. I have removed the hearts from my file, and posted the link to her for the heart.

The heart svg is available here

Paper Ribbons-file and video
Here are some more paper ribbons for you. These are all just test cuts. I haven't yet played with dressing them up. I think maybe some thinner strips of paper mixed in, and possibly some curling ribbon. I would love to see what you come up with!
I also put together a quick video. There are a few issues with the video. I used the built in microphone on my laptop and the sound is a little choppy. The sound is also little bit ahead of what you are seeing, so keep that in mind. Hopefully you can still follow it:0)
